¿Cuál es la estructura gramatical con would?

Aunque sean muchos los significados y usos de would en inglés, su estructura básica siempre es la misma: 

• Afirmativa: Sujeto + would  +  infinitivo sin to → She would love to join us.
• Negativa:  Sujeto + would + not +  infinitivo sin to → He wouldn’t say that.
• Interrogativa: Would + Sujeto + would  +  infinitivo sin to ? → Would you like some tea?
